The Youth Excellence Summit (Y.E.S.) is a dynamic youth leadership program that inspires and empowers youth to achieve their full potential by building confidence through instilling positive attitude, integrity, and skills.
Y.E.S. was designed to give adolescents, ages 14-18, who are already accustomed to EXCELLENCE an extra edge for success in life. The creators of the Y.E.S. program have realized in their careers that there are certain skills all must possess in order to be productive in any venture in life. The problem was that there was no place to learn these skill sets. Using the adult education template of Signature Management Group Inc., the Youth EXCELLENCE Summit was born.
Once an adolescent has completed a leadership summit he/she will walk away with improved skills in: communication, positive attitude, teamwork, goal setting, self management and most importantly leadership.
It is known that achieving one’s goals and making it to the Summit of one’s ambitions requires one to persevere through many obstacles, both personal and professional. Y.E.S. provides our youth with the skills to defeat any challenge and rise to their Summit.
